Who am I?

I’m Kristina (Tina) Tisoň – a hypnotherapist who loves nature, travelling,

and exploring the human mind.

I am a UK-certified hypnotherapist with active practice since 2019 in the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy which allows me to work therapeutically with both psychological and psychosomatic issues. My approach focuses on deep subconscious work, trauma healing, and inner transformation.

In my practice, I combine regression techniques, parts work, and integrative psychotherapeutic approaches. An essential part of my work also involves addressing the bodily imprints of trauma — exploring how past experiences become encoded in the nervous system and the body.I believe that the mind–body connection holds the key to deep and lasting healing.

I have completed all coursework for my Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University (UK), and am currently finalising my research dissertation, which explores the transformative potential of altered states of consciousness in applied psychotherapy.

🌟 My Vision / Mission

My aim is to help people through therapeutic methods that truly work — methods that enable deep and lasting transformation while remaining safe and naturally applicable in everyday therapeutic practice. Such approaches already exist, but in the Czech Republic they are still used only rarely. I want to change that — and open the way for people to experience therapy that has a real transformative impact.

In my work, I have long specialised in women’s mental health, particularly in the areas of self-worth, inner balance, and authenticity, and everything connected to them. I believe that women are the foundation of society — they naturally influence their children, partners, families, and work environments. The better women feel, the healthier and more harmonious our society becomes as a whole. That’s why I see supporting women and their inner growth as a mission with a profound social dimension
